Paseos (Jupiter, FL)

The Paseos neighborhoods in Jupiter, Florida is set on some of the most beautiful developed land in Palm Beach County. In what can best be described as a "community within a community", residents in Paseos can take advantage of the shopping conveniences within the subdivision itself (the shopping center known as Sea Plum is anchored by a grocery store, and also has a coffee shop, fitness center, and more), as well as the outside shopping, dining, and retail centers found throughout Jupiter and other parts of the county.

Paseos is subdivided into three different collections each named after different well known upscale neighborhoods found throughout south Florida: The El Cid Collection, The Palm Beach Collection, and The Coral Gables Collection. All told, the three collections combine for a total of over 300 homes, and offer residents almost 30 different floor plans in 3-, 4-, and 5- bedroom models and a variety of sizes.

The thing that really makes Paseos stand out from other communities in the Jupiter area, though, is the neighborhood's setting. The community is set on just under 200 acres of Florida's most beautiful land. Parks and sparkling lakes are found throughout Paseos allowing the homeowners additional enjoyment of the natural surroundings.
