Want to make a 3%commission on real estate sales that aren't even in your market?

Click on the link with "Charmont" at the end and click through on it for more details of the project that will be discussed on the conference call tomorrow.
(this will be ongoing, not a one shot deal, and you will receive future e-mails to send to your investor base for future deals. Once a client is registered they stay yours and future opportunity e-mails are funneled through you)
This is a great opportunity for agents in two ways 1) those buying personal investment property capturing very beneficial tax benefits and 2) agents are able to generate additional revenue by tapping their investor database. At 3% does it really matter to you whether it is in your home market or a referral?
