Looking for a great vacation getaway? How about an Orange Beach Condo? We have many great options to choose from. Prices have adjusted downward and many buyers will find that they can afford much nicer properties than they could just two years ago. Many of the newer high end condominiums are suitable for primary residences and include great ammenities. Condos are available that are beach front (gulf front), bay front, and canal front. The beach front units are popular with those that are sun worshippers and are the best options for those that want to place the units in vacation rental programs.
Of course there are many end users on the beach, but the bay and canal properties are especially popular with the primarily end user owners that enjoy boating and fishing. The beaches in Orange Beach, Alabama are sugar white and the waters are turquoise blue. Perdido Pass connects the bay to the Gulf of Mexico and features Bird and Robinson Islands (see above) that are very popular with boaters during the boating season. The Caribe Resort Condominiums are a great option in that it connects to a State Park giving owners not only access to the bay, but also to Perdido Pass and the Gulf Coast beaches.
