Alabama Foreclosures - Alabama REO and Bank Owned Properties - Baldwin and Mobile County, AL

We have just started a new site for Alabama Foreclosures .

Our plan is to blog about foreclosure opportunities on the Alabama Gulf Coast which includes the communities of Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Fort Morgan, Foley, Fairhope, Daphne, and Spanish Fort, in Baldwin County, AL and the City of Mobile in Mobile County.

He will be blogging about deals that are coming to the Courthouse steps on the day of the blog entry (sometimes only hours away).  The idea is not to have site visitors make instant decisions, but to give them an idea of the flow of…

Real Estate Websites

At the end of 2004 I began playing with the creation of real estate websites.  There was not a very good choice of platforms. One choice was to put up a less than ideal .html site on my ISP subdomain and the other was to get a Realtor.com site.  One was cheap and cheesy and the other was expensive and cheesy.  I elected to go the expensive and cheesy route and got no results from it.  I am sure I am not the only Real Estate Agent that has made that mistake - I had an expensive electronic business card that no one ever saw.

While sitting around during the Christmas Holidays of 2004, I ventured on to the Keller Williams Intranet and was browsing through the approved vendors.  Yes, a special website area for those selling…

The Alabama Gulf Coast

photo thataway61

The Gulf Coast Region of the United States consists of the coastal States that border the Gulf of Mexico. The Gulf States are Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida and are in the Southern Region of the United States. The majority of the Gulf Coast shoreline is in Florida and Texas with Mississippi and Alabama having the least amount of coastline.

The waters along the Gulf Coast in Louisiana and Mississippi are influenced by the Mississippi Sound where massive amounts of silt laden fresh water from the Mississippi River mix with the salt waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  The effects of the sound reach over to the barrier island of Dauphin Island, AL and the mouth of Mobile Bay.

The effects of the Mississippi Sound play out around Dauphin…
