WOW! Is it the middle of November already?  It seems like you just get done putting the fireworks away from the 4th of July celebrations and the next thing you know, you're watching the Today Show do a bit on how they just cut down the 58 foot Christmas tree that will sit in Rockafeller Center for the Holidays!!

Well, the latest update from us at The Willows is still looking great.  We are steadily adding new homeowners to our community and it's been great.  Now, you can drive down some of our streets and it is really beginning to look like a "lived in" community.  I am amazed to look at pictures of our community from 6 months to a year ago.  It is sooo different and really beginning to look like what I had pictured it to become.

Just this past week we have closed on our first two single family homes here.  It's great to start seeing people moving in and beginning to enjoy the area.  We also should be in our Model home sales office within the next three weeks also.  I am definately ready for that.  It will certainly give us more room.  Plus, having some finished homes to show is always more fun walking through with buyers.  You can see on their faces the excitement when they start trying to picture their own furniture in the home... 

 We have just opened up phase two on the single family homes, so that will give us about 35 more lots to sell.  There has been a $3,000 price increase accross the board for any of the lots in our next phase.  We do still have a handful of "spec" homes…

We are getting ready to release a new floorplan that will put our price for a new home at the $169,900!!!  For a 3 bedroom, 2 bath and 2 car garage home in this area?  This is a great thing.  I think we will only be selling a limited number of these, just to give buyers another option. 

The clubhouse is looking great and the pool is just about finished with the construction part of it.  I am guessing that it will be complete within the next couple months, and I can't wait to take a dip in it after a nice hot day here in the Carolina's. 

We ar emoving through the townhome  units pretty quickly and the should start closing on our first single family homes coming up in August.  One of my favorite parts of this biz is to watch the new home buyers slowly…

WOW!!  Are things taking off in this great community...  We are finally getting settled into our temprorary model townhome (until our model home is ready) and so far the response has been fantastic...  Lots of people coming through and certainly love everything the builder has done.  I have met many wonderful people that I can't wait to get into the neighborhood...

The Clubhouse is currently being framed out and should be ready in the next couple months.  And the great part, is the pool already has cement poured and may be ready within the next several months as well...

All in all, we are hitting the ground running with single family and townhomes popping out of the ground and we are beginning to look like a great community.....
