Just this past week we have closed on our first two single family homes here. It's great to start seeing people moving in and beginning to enjoy the area. We also should be in our Model home sales office within the next three weeks also. I am definately ready for that. It will certainly give us more room. We are getting ready to release a new floorplan that will put our price for a new home at the $169,900!!! For a 3 bedroom, 2 bath and 2 car garage home in this area? This is a great thing. I think we will only be selling a limited number of these, just to give buyers another option. The clubhouse is looking great and the pool is just about finished with the construction part of it. WOW!! Are things taking off in this great community... We are finally getting settled into our temprorary model townhome (until our model home is ready) and so far the response has been fantastic...
