New Floorplan priced just right..

We are getting ready to release a new floorplan that will put our price for a new home at the $169,900!!!  For a 3 bedroom, 2 bath and 2 car garage home in this area?  This is a great thing.  I think we will only be selling a limited number of these, just to give buyers another option. 

The clubhouse is looking great and the pool is just about finished with the construction part of it.  I am guessing that it will be complete within the next couple months, and I can't wait to take a dip in it after a nice hot day here in the Carolina's. 

We ar emoving through the townhome  units pretty quickly and the should start closing on our first single family homes coming up in August.  One of my favorite parts of this biz is to watch the new home buyers slowly moving in and the creation of a community right before your eyes.  I love that part!!!
