How do you know the difference between what folks want to know and what they don't? You have to meet them to truly know in most cases. So.....I invite all of you to meet me. I want to meet you. I want to meet with as many of you as I can possibly squeeze in to every year. Two things happen from doing this. We both begin to exchange our social connections and we create the opportunity to expand our relationship base.
Here is why.... We all need each other. It is that simple, but so much of our societies like to complicate this. Let's keep it simple. For me, I continually look for those of you to whom I can contribute my life, skills, and expertise. That is it in a nutshell. This is the easiest and most productive way to find fulfillment because this is what all of us require to grow our lives and our businesses. I always feel rewarded everytime I meet someone new and I make certain I can contribute to everyone I meet.
I love Real Estate. I know most wonder how anyone can really love this business, but I do! It is full of wonderful, interesting, and diverse people. With the independence this business brings to a Realtor, it also brings times with 80 hour weeks. I like the extremes of being an independent business person. If I need to get away for a few days, I can usually arrange it. I get to view 20 to 60 homes a week, homes from $60k to $$6M. Most of the homes in our area range between $100k and $600k. We have a great diversity in homes and their owners. We are fortunate that we live in such a diverse community. Old homes, new homes, and everything in between. I find that viewing 1000 to to 1200 homes a year not only keeps me tuned to what is available in the market, but it affords me the greatest opportunity to meet so many of you. The richness of this business is in the people as well as the homes.
I love Fishing. If it is freshwater fishing, then I love it. I have never deep sea fished, but I am certain could easily find my niche with it. I love fishing for many reasons, but at the top of the list is the diversity of wonderful meals from our great fisheries here in New York. Bass, Pike, Perch, Walleye, Bullhead, Crappie, Trout, Salmon, and on and on, and on........ We have an incredible resource for food in our New York Fisheries. Now, that said, I have such an incredible reverance for the fellowship and fun of fishing with friends. I have some, like me, that can stay on the water from just before sun up to just after sunset. Hooking into a great fush, getting it to the boat, andd then to the dinner table never ceases to fill me with many kinds of gratitude. The meal, the outing, sharing the experiences with others, it's a giant reward in so many ways. Just ask my Sweetheart, Karen, this girl can fish!
I love picnics, the great outdoors, camping, and anything on the water!

Price, Condition, Location.....................Heard these words before? Well they have been at the helm of Real Estate for thousands of years. The difference between then and now is that back then you could move your tent. Let's Keep Real Estate Easy! I want this for everyone. Truly, I believe this is possible. If one was to pole the majority of my clients, I think that most would express this has been their experience. While there are a large number of obstacles, objections, and conditions that can cross our paths while selling and buying Real Estate, we can keep everything reasonably easy by leaving the stress of such dealings behind us and pushing forward with a postive posture throughout the process. As your Realtor, I am certain I can instill the confidence that one needs to know that throughout the process everything will result in favorable conclusions.
