TOLL BROTHERS HOLDING SALES EVENT AS PART OF NATIONAL SUMMER CAMPAIGN

Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, will celebrate outdoor living with the Outdoors Oasis Sales Event beginning Saturday, July 25, through Sunday, August 2, at communities throughout Florida. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.

“This event is planned to enhance the Florida lifestyle with included outdoor amenities designed to create residents own “Oasis” at no extra cost,” said Ken Thirtyacre, president of Toll Brothers’ Florida Central Division. “Held in conjunction with national sales events Toll Brothers is hosting across the country, this event will offer substantial savings and the chance for home buyers to capitalize on the buyer’s market.”

Among the outdoor living options are swimming pools, outdoor kitchens, screen enclosures, brick paver lanais, and landscaping packages. During the week of the event, new home buyers will receive select options included in the purchase of their new home that would otherwise cost thousands of dollars. Specific options vary by community.

 “We also want to invite visitors to tour each community to see the extensive resort-style amenities included in communities by Toll Brothers,” Thirtyacre said.

Communities across Central Florida include Lake Juliana Estates, a gated, lakefront community in Auburndale, priced from the low $200,000s; Drayton Woods at Providence, a single-family home neighborhood set within a golf and country club community in Davenport, priced from the mid-$200,000s; River Oaks at Timber Springs, luxurious single-family homes in East Orlando, priced from the low $200,000s; and Woodland Terrace, a luxury townhome community also in Timber Springs, priced from the mid-$100,000s.
