New home prices are rises this month a few builders have increased the prices. There is still a lot demand in the market with the chep money that is available, now is the time to get into the market, or buy that second or third investment property.
A few weeks ago the buzz was the market is overvalued and are predicting a correction. As long as demand is there we will not see any correction.
