Ok, so I don't work all the time. One of the greatest things about being a real estate agent is getting to play tons of golf  Charlotte has so many awesome golf course communities and the weather allows for year round play. Luckily,  the last few years I've been able to score tickets to the Wachovia Championship played at Quail Hollow CC here in Charlotte. I'm still in awe of how far Tiger Woods can hit a drive!!  Home prices in golf course communities start from as low as the $150k range into the millions.
