I've often wondered how many transactions per year some of the top producing buyers agents are able to accomplish? It seems that on the listing side an individual (superstar) can close over 100 transactions yearly. Is this even remotely possible for individual buyers agents? How about 50 transactions?
Here in the Charlotte Real Estate market my experience has been that closing over 35 transactions yearly is busting it!! You literally have no life. I think doing 25-35 transactions yearly provides a decent income and also time off etc. Depending on the market and broker splits etc doing 35 transactions should give you an income of approx 100k-125k. Some agents might make more and some less.
So what kind of production are some brokerages/teams
getting from their buyers agents? I was with a company where
multiple buyers agents closed over 30+ transactions
per/year. Unfortunately, I didn't own that company
.
These were approx 95% internet leads and at that time we didn't use
a drip email system. I guess my questions are the
following. How many buyer side transactions could a "killer"
website pull in per year? Are there any buyers agents doing
over 50 transactions per year? Inquiring minds would like to
know.
