Sun City Anthem

Sun City Anthem developed by Del Webb/Pulte in the hills of Black Mountain in the city of Henderson has to be the cream of the crop when it comes to active adult communities in Las Vegas. As the largest neighborhood in the Anthem master planned community with about 7200 homes it attracts new residents from all over the world looking for amenities that keeps one busy meeting new friends joining clubs and keeping fit and living a lifestyle that will take them into the later years of their lives.  Sun City Anthem is the place that many over 55 years of age are now calling home. Anthem residents enjoy like access to the two Anthem golf course, walking paths, parks and near by shopping.  In addition, Sun City Anthem has a state of the art 78,000 square foot private community center with a fitness center, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, about 80 clubs that one can join and other great amenities. Although time is running out, with about only 145 home sites left to sell at the time of is writing this community is just about closed out.
