For those who enjoy a more rural setting - good deals can be found in the surrounding counties like Marion, Chattahoochee, Talbot, and Taylor.  There is also still a lot of good hunting and fishing in these wooded properties.  A good example is this 1800 acre tract in rural Taylor Co.   It is great timber land and it's proximity to Hwy 19 and Hwy 80 will probably make this a great tract for develpment one day.  In the interim a lot of enjoyment can be had while the value increases daily.
