ANYONE AGREE!!!!!!!!

I think you need to get your caps lock fixed, writing online in all caps is generally referred to as shouting and is poor ettiquette. And I can't say I agree because what you wrote didn't actually make any sense.

webmls, welcome to the REW blogging platform.  However, I'm not sure you understand what blogging is all about.  What I would suggest is that you read through other people's blogs to get an idea.  I'll try helping you out quickly: 1.  I agree with Morgan.  Typing in caps is not proper etiquette whether blogging, creating a website (you can use caps in titles but not in the content) or e-mails.  It definitely is considered that you are shouting at someone when typing in all caps. 2.  Blog posts are not one liner sentences.  Blogs are stories or conversations.  Creating a blog is to get your message across the web.  You'd like to find buyers and sellers to find your blog posts which will introduce them to you and allow them to get to know you.  Done properly, you can subtly use a blog to introduce your main website(s).  Networking with other agents can also be profitable as far as making friends, learning about different areas or aspects of real estate and to trade referrals with. 3.  Writing a good blog post can get noticed by search engines, which is a way for potential buyers and sellers to find you.  A one line post will not get noticed by any search engines as you're not offering any real content.  If you're not going to write unique, compelling content then there is no reason to blog.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact me by clicking on my name under my photo which will bring you to my blog page.  Feel free to read through some of my posts, many of which generate good comments.  You can use the Contact Me button if you have any questions you might have. We're a friendly group here and I would like you to become part of it so it also benefits you!
