SALES INFORMATION:

During 2005 there were 36 homes sold in Ironhorse ranging in price from $325,000 for 1700 square feet under air to $761,688 for 3515 square feet under air.

From March 2006 until March 2007 only nine homes sold in Ironhorse, ranging from $415,000 for 2985 square feet to $1,100,000 for 6302 square feet. 

In mid-March, 2007 there were 36 homes for sale in Ironhorse, ranging in price from $399,900 to $1,400,000.
