Nearly 300 homes entered foreclosure in Palm Beach Gardens during the first quarter of 2007.  Throughout Palm Beach county more than 4000 homes were turned over to their mortgage company.  And another 4000 are in various stages of pre-foreclosure.

These homes added to an already large number of homes on the market in Palm Beach Gardens, West Palm Beach, and throughout Palm Beach County have begun to cause a decrease in prices as we enter another period of our slower market.

In fact, prices of homes are down about 3.5 percent from January to March of 2007.  On an annualized basis, that would be a more than 20 percent reduction in home resale prices.

But it is a great time to buy a new home in Palm Beach Gardnes, West Palm Beach, North Palm Beach, Juno Beach, Jupiter and through Palm Beach County.  If you are interested in exploring new homes today or foreclosure, please contact The Weiss-Clawson Team.  We are an award winning duo of Realtors located in Palm Beach Gardens but serving all of Palm Beach County.
