The home has three bedrooms, two and a half baths and sits on a beautiful .45 acre lot far from the road or any distractions. In fact, there is a waterfall, stream and Koi pond stocked with pretty fish adjacent to the house. Total square footage under air is 2815 and includes a huge master bedroom with sitting area and well appointed master bath with bidet.
The kitchen flows into the family room and has granite counter tops, a large granite topped center island plus a wine cooler. And there are pull out drawers in all of the lower kitchen cabinets.
This beautiful home is value priced at $575,000 and is just waiting for you!
Come see this home on Preserve Court and we can take you to see many other Ironhorse homes on Sunday as well. The Weiss-Clawson Team includes a resident expert in Ironhorse Country Club.
