The 2008 winter season in Palm Beach Gardens is winding down as we approach May.  Many seasonal residents have left the area and, with their departure, they have put their homes on the market.

Some have already purchased new homes for next season but many will return in late spring or early fall, when prices are at their lowest, to purchase property.

Statistics show both sales and prices are down this spring as we endure the third year of our housing slowdown. It is a wonderful time to buy!!

Consider Ironhorse Country Club, a small, friendly neighborhood in Palm Beach Gardens/West Palm Beach.  There are full country club amenities in this community of just 324 homes.  Today there are 37 homes on the market in Ironhorse with two under contract.  Four homes have sold this year, a slightly higher ratio than last year.  Homes in Ironhorse range in price from $349,900 for 2553 square feet to $2 million for 11,000 square feet.  Many of the homes are on the Arthur Hills Championship golf course.
