PALM BEACH GARDENS COUNTRY CLUB HOMES ARE SELLING WITH GREAT DEALS STILL AVAILABLE

There are still many great deals available in Palm Beach Gardens' country club communities despite appearances that the housing market is at or near bottom.

The number of sales in Palm Beach Gardens and throughout Palm Beach County are increasing as savvy buyers take advantage of the lowest prices in years. 

In Palm Beach Gardens nearly 1000 homes have sold or are under contract since January 1, 2009, according to statistics from the Regional Multiple Listing Service.  Of those nearly 800 homes were priced at or below $500,000 of which almost 600 homes were priced at or below $300,000.

There are great deals available in almost every community. 

At Mirasol there are 119 homes on the market with 38 priced at or below $700,000.  There is a five bedroom, 4060 square foot home available for under $600,000 with bankruptcy court approval.

In Frenchmans Reserve there are more than 50 homes available with nine single family homes priced under $1 million.  Of those nine homes, six are short sales.  And there are many coach homes available in Frenchmans at prices under $500,000.

At PGA National there are 230 homes on the market with 199 of those priced under $500,000 and 132 priced under $300,000.

And at Palm Beach Gardens area Ibis Country Club there are nearly 200 homes on the market with more than half priced under $500,000 and nearly a quarter of the homes priced under $300,000.
