There are loads of homes for sale in Palm Beach Gardens' Mirasol County Club providing fabuluous opportunities for interested buyers.

More than 110 Mirasol homes are on the market in mid-December, 2009 as the winter season begins.  These range in price from $375,000 for a 2632 square foot four bedroom, three bath family home to $3,495,000 for a 7300 square foot, five bedroom, six bath estate home. 

In 2008 there were 70 homes sold in Mirasol. From January through mid-December 2009 there were just 53 homes sold.  Prices throughout the community average in the millions, but there are opportunities to acquire a relatively new home at a much lower price.
