Merry Christmas 2007

I attended a Christmas party just the other day with an opening prayer of "Lord, these are hard times for real estate...".  I thought to myself "Wow, how blessed am I".    It is hard times and many Realtors are jumping ship.  However, The West GA Team is standing strong.  Candy and I have been full time in the business from the get-go and failure was never an option.   So in wondering where the difference comes, in what we are doing compared to those struggling around us , I find that our dedication to "above and beyond service" right from the start, has guaranteed our steady flow of business.  I came into the industry during a fairly booming era when the market was up and the forcast was all sunny days ahead.   I was determined then and now that each client, whether buyer or seller, would be cared for on a level that would leave us parting dear friends from the closing table.   That has been the key element in being successful in a "Hard Times Market".    Each day, I receive calls from past clients and friends referring buyers and sellers to our team, or just looking for help in finding reputable vendors for home related issues.   We have established awesome relationships all along the way in our real estate adventures.  From painters to lenders, inspectors to appraisers,  attorneys to insurance companies, and clients past and present, each time we speak on the phone, I am reminded just how important you all are to me.  We are so blessed to have so many friends in the industry and I want to wish you all a MERRY CHRISTMAS and a PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR!!!
