How to Get A Construction/Perm Loan In Jacksonville Florida.. Owner Builder

Building a new home can be a very stressful process.  The level of your involvement depends on the type of program you choose.  There are many home builders that will finance the construction of your new home.  However, if you are looking to build a custom home, most builders will require that you supply the funds.  This type of financing is referred to as "construction/perm".    You will need a lender that provides the services of a construction loan.  Wayne Morgan at Peoples First Mortgage has been very helpful to me in the past.  Unfortunately, I met him through a Mortgage Broker which  cost me a great deal of money.  I am posting this blog in hopes that others will not have as difficult of a time as I did trying to locate a reliable source of funding for their custom home.  If you are looking for a Construction / perm Loan Wayne should be able to help.  He does deal with other types of Mortgages as well.  However, this blog posting is dedicated to building a new home.
