Brent's Cove Development Bryceville Florida Real Estate

Brent's Cove if developed will be on my commute to work each day.  I drive this route daily and it is very rare that I have issues with traffic.  However, several times per week, I do get held up by the CSX trains that seem to last forever when you are in a hurry.  Over the years I have watched as the back up of vehicles at the train has risen from 1-2 up to more than 20.    The tracks are about 3 miles east of Buckhead located on a curve.  Should this development pass, I can see many issues with the traffic due to Ford/Plumber road being two lane and there is no way to get through when there is a train on the tracks. 

I understand that many are fighting the Brent's Cove development.  However, if it looks as though this development will go through, it will be very important to have an overpass constructed and the road must be widened.  Please keep this in mind when writing letters to officials.
