Brent's Cove Development Bryceville Florida Real Estate

Brent's Cove if developed will be on my commute to work each day.  I drive this route daily and it is very rare that I have issues with traffic.  However, several times per week, I do get held up by the CSX trains that seem to last forever when you are in a hurry.  Over the years I have watched as the back up of vehicles at the train has risen from 1-2 up to more than 20.    The tracks are about 3 miles east of Buckhead located on a curve.  Should this development pass, I can see many issues with the traffic due to Ford/Plumber road being two lane and there is no way to get through when there is a train on the tracks.

photo William14443

Building a new home can be a very stressful process.  The level of your involvement depends on the type of program you choose.  There are many home builders that will finance the construction of your new home.  However, if you are looking to build a custom home, most builders will require that you supply the funds.  This type of financing is referred to as "construction/perm".    You will need a lender that provides the services of a construction loan.  Wayne Morgan at Peoples First Mortgage has been very helpful to me in the past.  Unfortunately, I met him through a Mortgage Broker which  cost me a great deal of money.  I am posting this blog in hopes that others will not have as difficult of a time as I did…
