Golf Carts in Virginia Beach beach communities

Residents of neighborhoods along the Virginia Beach oceanfront and bayfront have been using modified and "street legal" golf carts to transport their families to and from the beach. One neighborhood in particular, Baylake Pines, is currently pursuing a legal golf cart designation for the streets of their community.
