Great Follow Up Program
I just recently subscribed to a great program that I want to share with everyone that may be interested in gaining referrals from past Real Estate Clients. The name of the program is "Send out Cards" and it is not only a great way to simplify your marketing efforts, it is a great way to earn extra income in this down Real Estate Market. Those that didn’t get out in the middle of 2006 may have to wait a few years for the condo market to pick up again. One of the biggest factors affecting the condo market is the cost of the insurance… Read Full Post
