Great Follow Up Program

I just recently subscribed to a great program that I want to share with everyone that may be interested in gaining referrals from past Real Estate Clients. The name of the program is "Send out Cards" and it is not only a great way to simplify your marketing efforts, it is a great way to earn extra income in this down Real Estate Market. The way that the program works is simple... you upload your list, set up campaigns and let "Send Out Cards" two $600,000 processing machines go to work. These cards are self addressed, stamped and sent in a timely fashion.

I set up a campaign the other night to send out Fall Greeting Cards and I set up another campaign to send out Anniversary Cards to past clients on the one year anniversary of purchasing their homes. Now, that is one thing that I don't have to worry about. There are many things that Realtors should be doing and they don't do on a regular basis. I think that contacting past clients is one of those things that people say that they do, but they really don't. Did I mention that each one of these custom greeting cards only cost me around $150 to send and that you can send these cards for as little as $1.04. Take a look at www.sendoutcards.com/darren and tell me what you think. If you are interested, I will send you a sample card and a DVD about the product.

I plan on using these cards in many aspects of my business, because they are so inexpensive. I will use these cards to thank Realtors for showing my listings, I will send them to clients that refer business to me and I will send them to possible clients after meetings. I am so excited about this product, I have been sending cards to everyone.
