The purpose of this section is to provide directions on how to access customer resources, and to inform new clients of common processes such as accessing help from our customer service representatives, reporting outages, ordering new services or accessing tutorials to help make the most of your REW experience. Accessing customer service: From time to time you may require assistance with your new REW website, IDX or Blog. We provide multiple ways to contact customer service – they are listed below in order of accessibility. To ensure you receive the attention you require and deserve, please ensure that you observe this list and choose the method highest on the list wherever possible.
- REW Customer Service Forums: Our customer service forums are the absolute fastest way to get support. During business hours (9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time), a staff of 35+ developers and customer service staff patrol our CSR forums, providing answers and support. We ask that if you ever have an item that requires attention, that you choose the CSR forums as your first option for support. This allows us to service you and all of our clients as quickly and efficiently as possible.
At the REW customer support forums, we provide support for all REW technology and hosting customers. These forums are broken down for your convenience into:
- Email Support: You can also reach our customer service department via email at support@realestatewebmasters.com – once again, email support will be handled in the order in which orders are received. For more immediate assistance please use the customer service forums.
- Telephone Support (Business Hours Only): During business hours, you may also contact us via telephone to access our customer service staff. Please be advised, our CSR staff are often busy with other calls, and you may be asked to leave a message for callback. Callbacks are handled in the order they're received in.
