blog title change

I want to change the default title that is showing up in the sidebar navigation for the blog for my Davis site - I can't find that page anywhere in the CMS - just wondering how I change this - I'm certain I'm the one who named this - just can't find it again to change it.

Hi, on my Davis site I have both REO and short sale custom snippets. I'm looking to create a page that does not include REO properties and tried this:
$_REQUEST['search_reo'] = 'no'; and it's not coming up with any results. Just wondering what this should say - yes does bring up the REO's.

Form Fatal Error issue

I am getting a Fatal error when a Form is being used on one of my webpages.... the Form is located at this webpage:

and the Fatal Error is:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class PHPMailer in /var/www/vhosts/search-ochomes.com/httpdocs/idx/inc/php/classes/PHPMailer.class.php on line 21

is this something I did, or some other problem ??

pictures on IDX

My listing pictures...about everyone...look terrible. Why is this? On the MLS direct, they are fine, but on my site it looks distorted, pixels are off. Can someone check into this.

Issue with Lead Manager...

When viewing leads for the day, there is New, Returning and All. All and Returning are always the same figure, which means that New and Returning are being combined.

We need to have then seperated so that New are not included with Returning. It is quite confusing for my agents when they want to send an email to just returning leads and have to go back and forth between the two to cull our Returning.

Thoughts?

Quote request for a couple of LM changes.

Currently whenever leads view 20 detail pages, an e-mail is sent to the agent and it is cc to adam@sarasota-foreclosures.com. I would like to change this so that the cc for 20 details pages goes to adamr@sarasota-foreclosures.com and NOT to adam@sarasota-foreclosures.com

I would like all new registrations and listing inquiries to get a cc sent to 846@leadqual.com

I have created some new groups named "listing inquiry", "Homes & Land", and "walk ins"
I want every agent & admin to have the ability to add leads to these groups and to view their leads that are in these groups.

Finally, I want all leads that submit a listing inquiry to automatically be added to the group listing inquiry. I also want all leads that get an auto-generated search added to the group "Auto generated search "

Wide Template problem

This is the first time I have ran into this problem in the year or so that I have been using Wide versus the default Normal width Template.... I use both the REW IDX and another IDX using ..
