A website is a potent tool in the hands of a savvy real estate agent. Why?

Because statistics say 80% buyers start searching for homes online. Though, they start online most of them soon realise that using the services of a real estate agent would ease a lot of their hassles.

So it is kind of imperative that you spend your marketing dollars on a good website because now you know where the buyers are going to search for their agent.

But again, spending thousands of dollars on a website which does not generate a single lead is plain stupidity. So more important than having a website is promoting that website so it does what its supposed to do - get leads.

Your website is your sales person on the Net. If they don't perform, they have to be fired.

Or maybe they need training!

Or if you have different domain URL's to the same page for tracking purposes, for example if you advertise one domain in a specific paper and another domain in another paper, each going to the same page, is there a way to track how many people visited each domain?
