I am a novice to the real estate environment. A client has asked me to develop a site for her. Design is not the issue, however, it is the accessing of MLS data. From what I have read so far, what is available to me is a frame solution thru a gateway or receiving raw data via ftp. Frame is least flexible, raw data most. I notice that the system she is a member of, CAAR, is one of your clients. Wondering if you are able to direct me to documentation that shows how to get either feed; or if there is a different customizable solution.
Thanks in advance and hope I have been clear.

Does being a member of NAR provide access to the MLS outside of your local area.
For example, I am in Dallas so could I also develop a website in Denver with custom IDX for referrals?
