the returning leads column is confusing me and its value. Shouldnt the returning leads exclude all the new registrations that day..even if the returned more than once? Can the returning leads just show the returning leads for that day? G :)

When an agent initiates a saved search and the client starts receiving new properties, why is the signature the super admins and not the agents? Can this be changed somehow so that the information is coming from the agent?

Can the three columns for Visits "V", Saved Searches "S", and Favorites "F" be added back to the main screen of the Lead Manager? They were included in the previous version of the lead manager by default. These three tabs are available in the search results screen. It would be nice to have them...

Whenever one of the leads I refer to my agent is rejected by that agent, that lead disappears from his screen. Is this normal? If it is normal, how do you suggest a lead be categorized if that lead provides incorrect info and/or does not respond to calls/emails? My agent is using "Closed" for that...

So, we have "new", "returning" and "all" for lead groups on the main page. When you click "all", shouldn't it show all new and returning leads combined? So, as an example from my screen right now: new=3, returning=47 and all=9. I can't seem to figure out that kind of math. :D Shouldn't...

When is the "enhanced" lead manager that is part of the Beta REW CMS 2.0 going to be generally available to all REW LEC customers? Will there be an add-on charge for this or will it simply be a free enhancement to CMS 2.0 for REW customers? Is there a tutorial on this? Thanks! Robert
