- Ralph Nudi has been involved in real estate as an investor, agent and mortgage professional since first attending the Wisconsin School of Real Estate in 1990.
Ralph’s vast experience in finance includes funding over $100 Million in real estate loans while working as a Loan Officer, Branch Manager for several mortgage companies, and owner of a multi-state mortgage brokerage firm, ASB Mortgage.
In 2005 Ralph turned his focus entirely to the Real Estate end of the industry and began concentrating his personal production on foreclosure properties. In 2006 Ralph closed over $10.3 Million in real estate sales, with the majority of the volume being in the area of pre-foreclosures, foreclosures and REO properties.
Ralph is now one of three working partners in Weichert, Realtors® - Unum Properties. Unum Realty, Inc purchased the Weichert franchise because of the vast resources they provide as the nation’s largest privately held provider of real estate services.
