- Objective: To organize and facilitate a Dealership to be more profitable through
implementing steps of a proven program from the front desk all the way
to the service department. With strong knowledge of finance and superior
customer relations skills I will increase the bottom line and raise CSI scores
in 90 days or less. I believe that both internal and external customer service
is the key to success.
