- I am a real estate broker in MA, RI, CT and NH.
I have a background in web design and programming.
I am in the process of completing a new social networking site for real estate.
Since the web is without a social networking for real estate professionals and homeowners I decided to scale my once little site so that more people could benefit.
I purchased into a new condo in Boston two years and the Homeowner Assoc was a complete mess so I built a site so that we (the hoa) could sort things out. It worked. I was also able to get in front of potential homeowner /sellers. I rebuilt the site and now anyone (homeowners) can create a homeowner assoc and real estate professionals can also join to build an online presence, network with others and get in front of potential sellers. The site is up but still working out bugs. Check it out and signup by creating a real estate professional account and network. Feed back appreciated.
