- Biography
- I'm 52 years old, and married to the same lovely woman for 31 years. We have three grown children, and three grandkids. What a joy!
I have been in the construction industry most of my life, for the most part in kitchen cabinets and counter tops.
I am currently a partner in a small remodeling company, but business is slow.
I have also been involved in real estate investing for the past couple of years, trying to learn the ropes of short sales, since forclosures have increased so drastically.
Short sales probably wasn't the best way for someone new to start out. It was very frustrating, and i didn't have much success. I listened to a lot of bad "coaching", and so learned the hard way what not to do.
I'm new to the forum thing, but I am determined to learn more, and find the right niche for me in this market.
