im interested in locating potential investment properties for an investor in the atlanta area, ive had a fair amount of practice in my own spare time, and if there was anyone here who would pay for a strong locator, i can be of service. see ive heard the term "bird-dog" as an independent property finder but that's really kind of odd as a title, no one really wants to be a "bird-dog", lol but id love to be a real estate Doro, an investment property finder anywhere in the atlanta area, but mostly to learn more about real estate investing. im not advertising myself as an expert, but ive grown familiar with the game and i would love to help a real investor create good deals with a profitable income. heres my contact info
