Default Any suggestions for this postcard before it gets sent to the printer?

    See the artwork @ http://www.bwbeach.com/postcards/aspen.jpg

This is a low res copy so it will load quickly.

I'm not feeling very creative with my ad copy at the moment. Any help would be appreciated.

This is a postcard to secure more listings.

Clear and to the point. I think it looks real good.

Pretty good, and straight to the point.

I would make the call to action "call today for..." more obvious.

"Aspen Meadows" takes up a lot of space. If this could be made smaller with the space-saving taken up by the call to action, then I think it would be better.

What did you use to make it?

As you may have noticed I'm a jack of all trades master of none.

I'm OK with Websites but not great, I'm a pretty good photographer but not a pro, I make our TV commercials and radio ads myself, If my car breaks down I usually try to fix it myself before taking it to a garage and I'm OK with Photoshop which is what I used to create my postcard.

Even if you hate my artwork you have to admit it's better than the Genaric "Prudential" "Remax" etc postcards with a picture of a random house that says "Hi I'm so and so the realtor and I just sold a house in your neighborhood" Seems like a waste of a stamp to me.

I make a different postcard for each community and mail them out once a month. Usually about 1000 cards a month printed in CA for about $150 on a heavy card stock with a shiny UV coating. They seem to work pretty well.

Do you need fair housing logo on it?

Overnightprints.com does a great job. Awesome quality.

    You're not the only one!

I've never used Photoshop. Never needed to, or never needed to enough to justify the cost of it!

Corel Paint Shop Pro is a great tool and is only $100.

The Gimp is pretty similar to Photoshop but its free! It was originally for unix but someone compiled the sources for windows. Check it out if you don't have any other editors.

It is too "you" focused. "We are looking for..."

As a prospective client, I say "so what?" What is in it for me? That is the question you must ask from the viewpoint of your potential client when designing any marketing material.

It is too much like any other postcard out there.

Apparently your niche is mobile home sales. Why not grab attention by a bold statement about the biggest challenge of selling a mobile home and what benefit the client would receive using you. Also, you should have a limited offer of some type like 7 Critical Errors Mobile Home Sellers Make (I am sure you could think of something relevant to selling mobile homes).

Anyway, those are my thoughts. Good luck!
