I’m not disagreeing one bit. I truly value your opinions or I would not ask for your input.

I’ll be changing it to something like “Kelly and I have sold most of our 60 home inventory in the last six months and need new listings. If you want your home sold quickly call Mike & Kelly"

If you're going that way, I would swap it around:

"If you want your home sold quickly call Mike & Kelly. Kelly and I have sold most of our 60 home inventory in the last six months and need new listings."

It's the "you" versus "me" thing.

    Better still, in my opinion:

"If you want your home sold quickly...call us!"

I agree with Charles. Your prospect could care less that you need new listings...in fact, it makes you look bad that you "need" listings.

    How About:

*Sell Your Home Fast - Call Kelly and Mike Today

*Who Else is Ready To Sell Their Home FAST? Call Kelly and Mike Today.

and then offer something like a report for the first 10 callers:

*5 Things Other Agents Don't Want You to Know

    or

*How to Avoid the 7 Critical Mistakes Homesellers Make

All in all I think most realtors claim they can sell your home fast. You would be better off coming up with a USP (unique selling proposition) that sets you apart from the competition. Once you have your USP you can then use that in your marketing. The USP should be customer focused...something that will mean something to your prospects.

    Good Luck!

If nothing else this postcard says "My wife and I have sold a number of homes in your community and elsewhere in our local area this year, call us if you would like to have a realtor with a good track record sell your home quickly.

It is also a postcard that is targeted directly to their specific community. They can look at the other homes and addresses and think "mike and kelly sold that home down the street in just 10 days when everything else in the neighborhood has sat on the market for 6 months.

I think the following is a great idea and I will be doing a little re-wording over the next few hours.
You just rewrote the post card

Putting your ego aside is a good point. On the other hand, this card is different from most of them I've seen and I think it's worth sending out. Owners might be sitting in their mobile homes wondering how they're going to sell in the current market. Kelly and Mike are looking for mobile homes to sell.

If nobody responds, try something else!

I never realized using Photoshop is costly. You can do it on your own. If you don't know how to use it, you can learn it on your own. That is if you've got time in your hands.
