I just put up a new page for a new high rise condo building, One Las Vegas. Please take a look and let me know what you like, dislike or would like to see added. Finally took a break from Half Life 2 to do some work Please let me know what think. Thanks.

I'm hoping that the shorter url and direct path will help allieviate pr loss.

I never liked the framed look, but many people use it. Just a matter of preference, I guess. Otherwise, the site looks good.

IMO the page looks nice but I think it needs some more visual clues that show just how luxurious the project will be. From the list of amenities it sounds very nice but most people need help visualizing that. Perhaps some artists renderings (if they are available) of the exterior as well as maybe of some units and even the lobby.

I also didn't even know there was a Hugh Hefner Blvd in Vegas. I need to get out there more often.

The developer hasn't released any rendering or floorplans yet, both will be on the page once they do.

Here is what a spider would see

Look at the warning down at the bottom about framed sites. Your state specific links on that page are not being seen by the spider, therefore your link partners will not benefit.
If you just eliminate the frames on this page http://www.lvrealty.net/PageManager/.../PageID=552357 and then get rid of the frames on your state specific pages, you links will be cached and your knowledgable link partners will be happy.
