I don't think that you really have any recourse. It's not like she stole something or anything. it leaves me to ask the question why if she bought the misspelled version before you bought yours, why she wouldn't have bought yours at the same time though. i would have anyways.

I can see the point of getting domains of misspellings --- especially in cases of popular type of misspellings. For the sake of additional traffic.
Also, another thought is if you're doing serious branding of a name, to get the .net, .us, etc. extensions also.Ruperto Elpusan, MBA, e-Pro
