How do you get pictures indexed? Is it based off image file names, ALT tags, what makes it happend...

Pictures = images.

Each picture needs a ALT and TITLE tags.

Someone to remove the Parkins21 spam. That URL is just redirecting to another website, pictures unrelated.

Make sure the alt tags are relevant to your site (for SEO value) but also that they actually represent what's in the picture. Otherwise Google will flag it and that will hurt you.

I make sure everything on my site has the correct tags regardless if I'm making it for seo or not. My images are on the first page for google images for the keywords.
