Should this be left at normal? Google says this:
"We've detected that Googlebot is limiting the rate at which it crawls pages on your site to ensure it doesn't use too much of your server's resources. If your server can handle additional Googlebot traffic, we recommend that you choose Faster below."
Any suggestions?

Yes, thats where it is. I don't know why I asked I see it everyday! I guess I just wanted to make sure ! I have it on normal since thats what they recommed! they know what they are doing! unless they are trying to trick people!

Google webmaster tools, click on your site and under diagnostics, click crawl rate, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Mine is set to normal, which, I assume is where it always starts.

There is no real benefit for your site being a smaller site to having it set to fast, I would just leave it at normal, it will be fine.
Starting LEC 7 soon but it won't be called LEC 7 - LEC 2012 coming soon!
