Hey guys not so much for realtors, but I know there are a lot of web developers / designers on here so I figured I'd post.

I created a directory of web developers by city at http://www.seo-guy.com/directory/ it doesn't require a backlink, or payment or anything the only stipulation is you must fit into the current categories which are SEO, Web Design or hosting and yes you can submit to multiple categories and multiple cities if you service them, however every title and description must be unique to that area.

Registration is super easy http://www.seo-guy.com/directory/register.php just pop in your user info, and start getting your free backlinks

I only recieved one submission Rich, but its approved at http://www.seo-guy.com/directory/cit...troudsburg.php for next time, can you try to include something in your desc as to why you are relevant to that area, for instance I appended "Located in Stoudsberg Pennsylvania" as an edit to your submission. Just wanna make sure submissions are helping those pages rank for those areas.

Don't forget guys if you service more then one area you can submit to more then one area, you just have to make your title and description unique to that area.

For instance I am in nanaimo, and ladysmith is a half hour away, so I am perfectly within submission guidelines to submit

Both are completely legit, and its free backlinks!

First, thanks for this service. I'd love to see a feature though that lists every listing within the state on the state pages. There are only about 8 web development companies within Mississippi, and I'd be very surprised if you got applications from half of them.

8 web development companies in missisippi? I doubt that lol but you must realize it is not just for major corporations this is as much to help the one man crue trying to find local businesss by building small sites for B & B's or local realtors or what have you. Beleive it or not there are usually 100 or more of those types in most small cities (Less then 100k people) So I think in time a lot of those types will be picked up. I do plan on showing developers that cover state wide, but I want to get the cities filled up first.
