Here in Arizona consumers can get those statistics from the MLS web site. Is there nothing like that available?

I can pull some from my MLS - but it's only SD....For all of SO cal, you might need to mix and match a few larger cities...
What in specific are you look for?

That's a good link for California! For anyone who is just playin in SD, there's also the Sandicor site at (w)ww.sandicor.com which has local statistics for San Diego County.
