Where can I get Actual Real Estate Stats?

Here in Canada (well, Ontario at least) you can get this information from any decent Realtor. My Broker - Royal Lepage - publishes this information in a book once a year, which is also available on-line. They break it down by province (state), city/town and even by house type.

Also, until recently when we switched to an "advanced" computer system, I could even provide this information on a more detailed level down to area within a town, number of bathrooms, ensuite or not etc.

I'm assuming Cecil isn't an agent with access to his local MLS Association or the CAR web site.

So my basic question is, "What do you intend to use the stats for?"
