Yes, but if you have target="_blank", your users will be annoyed by a new browser window being opened. And have we talked about capital letters in filenames yet? Also, see how you've included the period in your anchor text? Mightas well not.

Anywhere in the code in the CMS.

No! I really don't see it In the CMS, when I go to HTML, I don't see what you are talking about. the last thing I see is:
<p>#buyersform#</p>
I may be blind though. I am a rookie in this language.

Yep, that's about the size of it. The advantage of using this form is less typing, and also that if you decide to change your domain name at any point, you won't have to update all your links.

Also, I don't see:

<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p></o:p>

Anywhere in the code in the CMS.

Gerry, I accidentally started the site with a capital in Alpharetta - didn't mean to - now I have submitted links to a number of sites with the capital "A" so I was just going to leave it. Is this an SEO problem? The period was just a typo in the thread.

I see it. Can I just delete it with no problem? I'm not sure why, but, I was looking at the buyer page not the page from the original post Nevermind. I just deleted it.

So does the page work better with the different tags and a bit more usable info?

I think it's great now.
I would consider breaking it up into two or even three pages, if you can find a way to do so intuitively.
More pages means more keywords with their own page.
