I would like to put an image of the postcard here to get some opinions. Can someone tell me how to insert the image from a file on my computer.
Thanks

I created this for past clients, but I thought I might send it to my target group.

I like it... clean, short and you can't miss the contact info and the web address. The only think I might add would be sonething to the effect that there's no obligation for the inqury and maybe a brief privacy policy.
But, I'm not speaking as a realtor... just a home owner.

The postcard was there, then it was gone, now it's back. Any thoughts?

I like the design - easy to read quickly. The fact that it matches your website color and layout will help reinforce the brand you've developed.
Nice work!
If you're looking for ideas on improving your postcard response rates, you might want to check out the real estate section of Postcard Smart. Here's a link to it: http://www.postcardsmart.com/realestate.php
I used to work for a big postcard marketing company, and one thing I learned is that it gets harder and harder to generate leads with postcards. Not impossible, mind you, just harder. I think it's important to have a good reason to send a postcard ... something specific you're offering the recipient in exchange for their response.
Mailboxes are crowded these days. And consumers are more "information-savvy" than ever. Every little bit of value you can add to your postcard will help increase your response rates.
Hope that helps. Good luck with your mailings!
