"Irregardless" is the worst. I really have to bite my tongue to not correct people when they say that. But "boughten"? Do people actually say that? haha

Irregardless is still in the dictionary. It's just informal.

Boughten is an archaic past participle of buy. The last time I read this, I was perusing On The Banks of Plum Creek by Laura Ingalls Wilder.
Supposably is a word; just one that is confused with "supposedly". "Supposably" means and only means "capable of being supposed". Apparently, it is also only in regular use in American English. In most cases, it is best to just stick with "supposedly" lest you be labeled a malapropist by a sesquipedalian.

"Irregardless" might be listed as informal, but it's "illogical".![]()

Totally glad that that my husband and I have boughten this site. Yah, that's right. Threw a little bit of passive voice in there too....just for funsies.![]()
Well, crap. I think it was passive voice, but university was so long ago, and there is a team of copywriters just waiting to pounce on that....I'm afraid!
On the Its vs. It's ..... If you can substitute "It is" you should use the apostrophe.

Unless it's possessive, in which case it's "its."
