REW Blogs terms of service

Started handing them out a little earlier than expected, and didn't really have a change to put out a terms of use doc (Yeah there needs to be rules)

I would like user input into these rules as I want to be as flexible with them as possible but still maintain the rules I need in place. (These

So here we go:

Rule number one: REW Blogs are not for link exchanges: I did not make my domain available for posting so that users can piggy back on the authority to exchange links. This does not mean you cannot link out from your blog to posts, threads, sites and pages related to your particular post. But I don't want it used for basic peer to peer linking. If you link from your blog in a post, that link should support the post.

Rule number two: PG 13 - these blogs are accessbile to the public including those under the age of 18 - so no questionable material (Swearing, nudity, illegal materials etc will not be tollerated) - these blogs are your voice to the world and i think every agrees we should all try to appear as professional as possible.

Ummm what else should we put in here? I don't want to tell people to write about or anything like that, although the point at least in my opinion of these blogs is to appear as an expert in your particular field, whether you are a realtor, mortgage broker, web developer or other professional that is a member of this forum - but hey, I have a misc category and made a post about going mini golfing with my son so meh!

Anyways guys, looking for some input here.

Oh yeah, one I forgot - Do not violate any SE's terms of service, if you use your blog for black hat SEO of any type it will be suspended and the spam deleted. We want to make sure we keep REW as clean as possible.
